We are looking for a smart & dynamic sales & Marketing professional from the background of Golf Resort Sales & Marketing experience for one of our group Company Clover Greens Pvt Ltd.
Roles & Responsibbilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the golf resort, including memberships, events, and accommodations.
Identify and target key customer segments such as corporate groups, weddings, golf enthusiasts, and leisure travelers.
Conduct market research to understand competition and trends, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the General Manager to set quarterly and annual sales targets.
2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Generate leads through various channels such as online marketing, cold calling, networking, and direct sales meetings.
Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
3. Marketing & Promotions
Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote the resort's offerings, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
Collaborate with creative teams to design promotional materials, brochures, and content for social media platforms.
Organize promotional events and partnership activities to increase visibility and brand awareness of the resort.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction through regular communication and personalized offers.
Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and ensure a high standard of service is maintained.
Conduct post-sale follow-up and provide after-sales support, if required.
5. Event Management & Coordination
Coordinate and manage events such as golf tournaments, corporate outings, weddings, and other resort-related functions.
Work with the operations team to ensure all logistical details for events are organized and executed smoothly.
Act as the primary point of contact for event organizers and key stakeholders during events.
6. Revenue & Budget Management
Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and budget utilization.
Propose strategies for optimizing sales revenue and minimizing costs where possible.
Track sales expenses and adhere to the allocated budget for marketing initiatives.
7. Team Collaboration
Work closely with other departments such as F&B, housekeeping, and golf operations to ensure smooth customer experiences and coordination of promotions.
Provide input on improving guest experiences based on feedback from clients.
Train and mentor junior sales and marketing staff when required.
8. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and areas of improvement.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
Lead generation and conversion rates.
Effectiveness of marketing campaigns (engagement, ROI).
Client satisfaction and retention rates.
