Responsibilities-

• Drive marketing initiatives for the residential business.
• Write and proofread content for marketing collaterals such as IMs, presentations, and investor materials.
• Manage all marketing activities and campaigns for the business.
• Support the team in responding to RFPs and create tailored presentations to secure bids and engage investors effectively.
• Collaborate with the core marketing team to align strategies and initiatives.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and events.
• Monitor emerging marketing and social media trends, integrating them into business strategies as appropriate.

Requirements-

• 2-4 years of experience in Marketing & Communications.
• Graduate or Postgraduate, preferably with a background in Marketing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint & Canva; knowledge of photo and video editing software.
• Strong logical, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
