Purpose of the Role
:
To oversee and ensure the effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and escalators by leading and coordinating a team of technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
:
Plan and schedule routine preventive maintenance tasks for elevators and escalators.
Supervise the maintenance team and assign tasks based on priorities and expertise.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory for maintenance activities.
Review maintenance reports and ensure accurate documentation.
Train and mentor maintenance technicians on best practices and technical skills.
Address and resolve customer complaints related to maintenance services.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
Coordinate with the Service Manager for updates on escalated issues and resource needs.
