Summary - Design and develop cutting-edge ML/Gen AI prototypes using Python, LLMs, and RAG pipelines. Collaborate with product and business teams to build scalable AI-driven solutions in an agile environment

Responsibilities

• Build ML/AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts using modern frameworks.
• Work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic workflows.
• Rapidly develop and iterate web-based ML applications using Flask or Streamlit.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams to translate complex problems into scalable ML solutions.
• Operate in agile sprints with a bias for experimentation and quick deployment.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest AI/GenAI research, tools, and open-source innovations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of practical machine learning or software engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills with experience building ML-centric codebases.
• Hands-on exposure to LangChain, RAG workflows, LLM orchestration, and prompt engineering.
• Proven experience deploying applications via Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Streamlit).
• A strong prototyping mindset with a product-first approach.
