• Design and implement training strategies to enhance workforce performance.

• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards in all training activities.
• Designing and developing the content to be delivered.

Requirements * Minimum 7+ years of experience in insurance training.

• Proven team management and leadership skills.
• Graduate degree (ITES background preferred).
• International training exposure is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
