An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations. Must have good hands-on experience in HR, IR, Labour Law. Candidates from the transportation & Automobile industry will be preferred. Should know logistics, warehouse, Transportation, and Freight Forwarding.
Key Competencies:
1. Graduation with at least 5 years of work experience in HR operations.
2. Managing and monitoring of daily attendance of on roll employees as well as contractual manpower. Ensure daily availability of M/p as per plan.
3. Timely Recruitment of M/p to keep the operation smooth. Induction and Training of new joiners.
4. Timely compliances with all applicable acts such as CLRA, Factory Act, Minimum wages Act, Payment of wages Act, Bonus Act, ID Act, Employment Exchange Act Etc.
5. Contract Labour management, Documents verification of new joinees, Training to new casual manpower and deputation as per requirement. Ensure timely compliances of M/p vendor.
6. Handling grievances of employees as well as contractual manpower and ensure zero IR issues.
7. Preparation of monthly compliance documents for monthly HR audit, ISO documentation as per requirements of customer.
8. Liasioning with Government official and customer for Labour license, audit, and submission of annual returns.
9. Generation of monthly sales invoices and submission of the same with customers,
10. Preparation of monthly purchase request and processing of vendor invoices for payment.
11. Facility management such as canteen, Employee transportation, residential facility etc.
12. Coordination with HO Team (HR, Admin, Accounts) for daily and monthly requirements and following the HO guideline at location.
13. Preparation of monthly reports- HR Reports, PL Sheet, Sales report etc.
