About the Role

We are currently hiring an

Assistant Manager - Growth Marketing

to own user acquisition, database-led outreach, and multi-channel growth initiatives at ZocialOne. The role focuses on driving app installs, scaling brand awareness, building acquisition funnels, and executing paid and organic growth strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Acquisition & Growth

Lead end-to-end growth marketing across paid, organic, and database channels

Build and manage the full acquisition funnel--from first touchpoint to app install

Drive growth through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing, email automation, and database outreach

2. Performance & Paid Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google and Meta

Continuously improve conversions, cost efficiency, and ROI through data-driven optimization

3. Database-Driven Marketing

Manage large-scale SMB and creator databases for targeted outreach

Design WhatsApp, email, and remarketing journeys to drive installs and engagement

4. Content & Organic Growth

Support organic acquisition through social media, blogs, SEO, backlinking, PR, and guest posts

Ensure a steady flow of content aligned with growth campaigns and brand storytelling

5. Podcasts & Events

Drive growth-focused podcast initiatives in collaboration with creators and internal teams

Manage offline events across cities to boost brand visibility and user acquisition

Track performance and integrate learnings into growth funnels

6. Branding & Visibility

Ensure ZocialOne is listed across relevant startup, SaaS, and business platforms

Maintain strong brand visibility through 360 digital and offline initiatives

7. Marketing Automation & Funnel Optimization

Build automated journeys across WhatsApp, email, and remarketing

Improve funnel conversion through analytics, segmentation, and experimentation

Collaborate closely with creative teams for performance-driven assets

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in growth marketing and user acquisition

Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, email automation, and WhatsApp tools

Experience working with large datasets and audience segmentation

Content creation familiarity (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)

Understanding of SEO, PR, backlinking, and organic growth strategies

Strong analytical and multi-project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in growth or performance marketing

Experience with app-based user acquisition

Exposure to both digital and offline marketing

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
