Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Compliance (Direct, Indirect Taxes & ROC):

Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including TDS, GST, PF, PT, and ROC. Oversee accurate and timely filing of returns, payments, and documentation for audits. Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.

2. MIS Reporting & Business Analytics:

Prepare and analyze periodic MIS reports to track business performance, profitability, and cost efficiency. Support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making. Develop dashboards and variance analyses to monitor budgets versus actuals.

3. Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Management:

Manage end-to-end client billing, collections, and vendor payment processes. Ensure timely reconciliation of ledgers and resolution of outstanding balances. Monitor cash flows and maintain working capital efficiency.

4. Payroll Processing:

Oversee payroll preparation, employee reimbursements, and statutory deductions. Ensure accurate computation, compliance with tax laws, and timely disbursements.

5. Bookkeeping, Accountancy & Fund Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in line with accounting standards. Manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly/annual financial closing. Assist in fund flow management, forecasting, and budgeting.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Development:

Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Management teams for process improvements and cost optimization. Support and mentor junior finance team members to enhance efficiency and compliance culture.
