Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager in Equity Research, you will:

• Conduct fundamental equity research for various industries, analyzing key drivers, trends, and market dynamics.
• Develop financial models and valuation metrics to support investment decisions.
• Produce high-quality, actionable research reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze macroeconomic, market-related, and industry-specific data to identify key opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide critical insights for strategic investment recommendations.
• Build relationships with industry experts and market participants to stay ahead of market trends.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all research outputs with a keen focus on quality and compliance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related fields; CFA or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or related fields.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, DCF, and multiple-based valuation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of macroeconomic and microeconomic trends.
• Exceptional communication skills to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in financial research tools, including Bloomberg, Reuters, and MS Excel.
• A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
