Job Responsibilities
\xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the CS team & be responsible for the deliverables Manage & coordinate on orders with Stores, Warehouse team, SCM & Logistics team and the customers to ensure timely delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Research, analyze and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner by using appropriate tools and resources to assess situations and create resolutions appropriately, while maintaining ownership of the issue \xe2\x80\xa2 Research and analyze data from various sources related to customer, products and brands \xe2\x80\xa2 Assists in the development, testing, and communication of operational policies and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifies service problems and conducts root cause analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Returns and Refunds, proficiency of payment processing and reconciliation \xe2\x80\xa2 Communication of order status with customers when required \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating content & Images on websites \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting Inventory, catalog & Website check \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating product images of new and old season \xe2\x80\xa2 System check (Scene 7, Elvis) \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating Photo-shoots basis the requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating content for Mono Brand website, TataCLiQ, Fynd and other partners we engage in \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring vendor payments to Google, Exotel & other vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing Google ads, Facebook posts & marketing mailers Customer service \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending/making customer calls for their queries & resolutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending customer Emails \xe2\x80\xa2 Forward complaints/query to concerned team and tracking it till resolved

Any Graduate/Post Graduate



Experience Requirements
5 to10 years



Skills & Competencies
\xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum experience of 2-3 years in Fashion industry & Customer query management \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum education qualification is a graduate in any stream \xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough and complete knowledge of fashion industry procedures, policies and applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to perform work activities requiring negotiating, instructing, supervision, persuading or speaking with others. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced analysis skills to include skill in situational analysis and risk \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent Communication Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong technical skills and computer knowledge, including all Microsoft Office programs
