Job Responsibilities

"Lead the CS team & be responsible for the deliverables Manage & coordinate on orders with Stores, Warehouse team, SCM & Logistics team and the customers to ensure timely delivery Research, analyze and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner by using appropriate tools and resources to assess situations and create resolutions appropriately, while maintaining ownership of the issue Research and analyze data from various sources related to customer, products and brands Assists in the development, testing, and communication of operational policies and procedures Identifies service problems and conducts root cause analysis Returns and Refunds, proficiency of payment processing and reconciliation Communication of order status with customers when required Updating content & Images on websites Conducting Inventory, catalog & Website check Updating product images of new and old season System check (Scene 7, Elvis) Coordinating Photo-shoots basis the requirement Creating content for Mono Brand website, TataCLiQ, Fynd and other partners we engage in Ensuring vendor payments to Google, Exotel & other vendors Managing Google ads, Facebook posts & marketing mailers Customer service Attending/making customer calls for their queries & resolutions Attending customer Emails Forward complaints/query to concerned team and tracking it till resolved"

Experience Requirements
4 to 8 years



Skills & Competencies
" Minimum experience of 4-8 years in Fashion industry & Customer query management Minimum education qualification is a graduate in any stream Thorough and complete knowledge of fashion industry procedures, policies and applications. Ability to perform work activities requiring negotiating, instructing, supervision, persuading or speaking with others. Advanced analysis skills to include skill in situational analysis and risk Excellent Communication Skills Strong technical skills and computer knowledge, including all Microsoft Office programs"
