We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Candidate to join our real estate team, focusing on chennai location. Possess strong sales acumen to drive revenue growth and foster client relationships within the real estate sector.



Qualifications Required:



Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate or related industry. Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree is Mandatory & Certificate of competency by RERA is added an advantage Knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations in the region. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets and CRM software. Excellent time management. -Highly organized with strict adherence to deadlines. -Proficient multitasker, working well under pressure.

Responsibilities:



1.

Sales and Business Development:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market, specifically targeting chennai location Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.

2.Client Relationship Management:



Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions. Coordination with clients and developer's management. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


3.

Marketing and Promotion:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and services. Utilize online and offline channels to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Administrative and Reporting:



Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property viewings, inspections, and closing activities.

Working Conditions:



This position requires frequent travel within Chennai location. Flexible working hours to accommodate client meetings and property viewings.
