Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Fund Accounting, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and overseeing daily operations related to fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Preparing periodic NAV calculations for investment funds while ensuring accuracy.
• Handling client inquiries and resolving escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting in audit processes, managing monthly/quarterly reporting routines, and identifying any discrepancies in financial data.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Leading and mentoring a team of junior accountants to achieve seamless delivery and consistent performance.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should bring:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA will be preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, NAV calculations, financial reporting, or related areas.
• Strong skills in accounting platforms such as Geneva, Yardi, or Investran.
• A solid understanding of financial instruments, complex fund structures, and accounting standards.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills coupled with a team-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
