Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - US Healthcare Operations - 7+ Years - Mumbai
The role involves leading a mid-sized team to drive operational excellence, support process improvements, manage performance, and ensure alignment with global quality standards within insurance operations.

Requirements - * Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.

• 7+ years of experience in US Healthcare & Benefits insurance operations.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and drive performance results.
