Coordinating interview processes and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and stakeholders.6. Providing regular updates on recruitment progress and contributing to the development of hiring strategies to meet hiring goals efficiently.Requirements:1. Bachelors and Masters in any domain.2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Reinsurance and CAT Modelling hiring.3. Demonstrated experience in Reinsurance hiring processes.4.
