Key Responsibilities * Investment Simulation & Financial Planning

• Support markets with ENSUM+ (Expert Net Sales Uplift Model) for Expert-focused financial planning
• Build and execute ad-hoc investment choice and what-if simulations to guide local decisions
• Meta-Analysis & Knowledge Sharing
• Consolidate ENSUM+ and Expert MMM learnings across markets
• Identify Expert growth drivers and enable prioritization across BMCs
• Perform data quality audits and transform Expert datasets for MMM and advanced analytics

Requirements * Proven experience in financial modelling and investment simulations

• Strong background in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and advanced analytics
• Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI (or similar tools)
• Experience with sales, KPI, and performance measurement analytics
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights
• Familiarity with enterprise data systems and cloud-based analytics platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
