We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented professional to manage client relationships and drive sales within our art gallery. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with a passion for art and sales. This role involves nurturing client relationships, managing the CRM database, product awareness to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
? Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information and interaction history.
? Develop personalized communication strategies to engage collectors, art consultants, and potential buyers.
? Track and analyze client preferences and purchasing behavior to support targeted sales campaigns.
? Generate CRM reports and insights for management decision-making.
Sales & Business Development:
? Proactively reach out to prospective clients, art collectors, interior designers, and corporate buyers.
? Present and promote artworks to clients during gallery visits, and private viewings.
? Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by converting leads into sales.
? Negotiate prices, prepare quotations, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
Gallery Operations & Exhibitions:
? Assist in planning and executing gallery, art fairs, and promotional events.
? Collaborate with artists and curators to ensure optimal presentation and sales potential.
? Maintain up-to-date product knowledge about artists, artworks, and gallery collections.
? Provide an exceptional visitor experience by offering insights and guidance on artworks.
Marketing & Communication:
? Support the marketing team with CRM-driven email campaigns and client outreach.
? Coordinate digital engagement (newsletters, social media, etc.) to promote exhibitions and artworks.
? Prepare client presentations, catalogues, and digital sales materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
? bachelor's degree in art management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
? 4-6 years of experience in CRM management, art sales, or luxury retail.
? Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
? Passion for art, culture, and design.
? Ability to work in a target-driven, client-facing environment.
? Well-groomed and professional demeanor.
Preferred:
? Experience in an art gallery, or luxury products industry.
? Network of art collectors or interior designers.
? Understanding of art market trends and artist representation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
