Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Assistant Manager - Corporate Travel (Assistant Manager - Facilities and Corporate) to lead our travel operations across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for optimizing corporate travel experiences, enhancing organizational efficiency, and delivering cost-effective solutions while ensuring comfort and convenience for employees and executives.

Key Responsibilities :



Leading the Corporate Travel Vertical

Spearhead the end-to-end management of the corporate travel function. Implement and enforce travel policies, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Optimize travel processes to deliver seamless employee experiences while achieving cost savings.

Vendor Management

Manage and strengthen relationships with key vendors such as Thomas Cook, Quest2Travel, Ola, Uber, Orix, Mahindra Lease, and Jio. Lead contract negotiations, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure service quality. Drive process improvements and implement best practices in vendor engagement.

Senior Stakeholder Management

Partner with senior executives and business leaders to align travel services with organizational objectives. Provide insights, analytics, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making. Ensure transparent communication and alignment with corporate governance.

Corporate Club Memberships

Administer and oversee corporate memberships with leading clubs. Ensure smooth facilitation of membership benefits for employees and executives.

Company Car Lease Program

Manage the complete car lease lifecycle including vendor selection, pricing negotiations, policy adherence, and employee support. Ensure compliance with company policies while balancing employee satisfaction and cost efficiency.

Corporate Functions Management

Oversee additional corporate functions including mobile connection management, employee exit clearance approvals, and corporate help desk queries. Ensure efficient processes, quick resolutions, and superior employee support services.

Preferred Experience and Qualification :



Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. 8+ years of experience in

Corporate Travel Management, Facilities, or Corporate Services

. Strong expertise in vendor management, contract negotiations, and policy implementation. Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and managing cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in travel and expense management systems/tools (e.g., EVA, Quest2Travel, Concur, Amex, etc.). Ability to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and deliver cost efficiencies.
