Preparing MIS & Reporting as per requirement from management
Escalate functional questions / bugs / change requests as per agreed escalation process.
Monitor performance and use of the system; monitor adherence to process.
Builds strong relationships with stakeholder and suppliers.
Ensures continuous alignment with internal stakeholders incl. all teams in SSC, IT and corporate & circle SCM\'s for seamless support delivery
Contributes to driving the Health, Safety and wellbeing agenda in SCM & local operations
