Job Summary:
He/she will be responsible for managing day-to-day commercial documentation and coordinating logistics operations to ensure smooth project execution. The role involves handling purchase orders, quotations, agreements, invoices, tender-related documentation, vendor communication, and providing support in inventory management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage commercial and logistics functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all commercial documentation including purchase orders, quotations, agreements, invoices, and tender submissions.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Oversee logistics operations such as material movement, dispatch planning, and tracking.
Support inventory management by maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely replenishment.
Assist in cost analysis, commercial negotiations, and documentation audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project timelines.
Maintain systematic filing and documentation for all commercial and logistics activities.
Required Experience:
3-5 years of experience in the interior industry or related commercial/logistics roles.
Qualification:
B.Com / Mathematics
Salary Package:
?3,00,000 - ?4,00,000 per annum
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
