Position: Assistant Manager Business Development (Elevator Sales)

Location : Bangalore

Qualifications

_

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA preferred.

_

5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management in Elevators.

Elevator/Infrastructure/Real Estate B2B experience is highly desirable.

Proven ability to close large-value deals and handle high-stake clients.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong executive presence and polished communication

Confidence in dealing with CXOs, architects, and consultants

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results

High proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and business reporting, Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pitch, and win largescale projects by building strong rapport with senior decisionmakers in real estate, infrastructure, hospitals, and other verticals.

Drive end-to-end account management, from onboarding to delivery coordination, billing follow-ups, and renewal strategies.

Deliver customized proposals, presentations, and solutions tailored to the strategic needs of each account.

Coordinate across internal departments (Design, Installation, Service, Compliance) for smooth and timely execution of commitments.

Handle client escalations with ownership and urgency.

Maintain detailed account documentation, activity trackers, pipeline status, and performance dashboards.

Ensure growth of key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and continuous engagement.

Represent Elevators in client meetings, project kickoffs, audits, and review presentations.

Lead key account reviews, generate MIS reports, and support senior management with client insights.
