Principal Accountabilities  
Brand Strategy Support  
? Assist in executing brand marketing plans across offline (retail, events) and online (social,  
website) platforms.  
? Maintain consistency in brand identity and communication across all customer touchpoints.  
? Coordinate brand calendar rollouts for campaigns, festive launches, and regional activations.  
Product & Collection Coordination  
? Work closely with design and merchandising teams on product naming, packaging, and  
storytelling.  
? Support new collection launches with marketing inputs, sample coordination, and content  
planning.  
? Help create product decks, look books, and training tools for internal teams.  
Campaign Planning & Execution  
? Support the end-to-end rollout of brand campaigns -- from asset planning and approvals to  
execution across print, digital, and in-store.  
? Coordinate with creative, digital, and showroom teams to ensure timely execution.  
? Track campaign performance and share weekly reports on reach, engagement, and sales  
impact.  
Retail & Digital Integration  
? Assist in aligning retail storytelling (VM, POS materials, in-store experience) with online  
campaigns.  
? Help build CRM campaigns, influencer collaborations, and festive initiatives.  
? Support e-commerce and social teams with brand content, copy, and visual coordination.  
Cross-Functional Coordination  
? Act as the link between brand, creative, media, PR, and retail operations teams.  
? Ensure timely approvals, follow-ups, and execution across departments.  
? Maintain brand trackers, budget sheets, and campaign calendars.  
Research & Insights  
? Monitor competitor activity and market trends -- both in traditional luxury retail and digital  
channels.  
? Assist with customer feedback collation, survey planning, and consumer insight projects.  
Key Requirements  
? 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or retail.  
? Hands-on with campaign planning, content briefing, and cross-functional coordination.  
? Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling -- with an understanding of both  
traditional luxury and new-age digital culture.  
? Good communication and project management skills.  
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel projects
