Job Role
------------
Primary Objectives:
System Management: Monitor operational health and maintenance of Infovista, Cramer, Netcool, and web applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Incident Management: Acknowledge, raise & update incidents related to these systems & communicate to stakeholders
Monitoring & Reporting: perform periodic health monitoring using tools to track system performance and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to understand architecture, environment & operations. Maintain tracker of open system issues and assist in implementing tasks.
Documentation: Go through the available documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures & raise questions. Document day to day procedure & handover.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities of learning & forward feedbacks from customers, received on tickets to seniors for further improvement.
