About this Role
We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in POS, inventory, and store management applications. You will perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues, manage incident, problem, and change processes as per ITIL standards, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for application upgrades and patches. Additionally, you will maintain a knowledge base and support documentation for common issues, ensuring compliance with SLAs and providing timely status updates to stakeholders.
