Keep track of enquiries from various modes like emails, telephone and direct enquiries/ walk ins for the admission.
Maintaining the database record of the prospect students made during education fairs/exhibition so that feedback can be taken.
Frequent callings on admissions database.
Providing information about various scenarios of the Institute to the prospect students and counseling them through telephone, emails, walk-in etc.
Active participation in other activities related to Admissions or any other events of the Institute in Campus and outside the campus.
Record keeping of the documents related to Admission department.
Maintaining a productive work environment.
Any other duties as assigned.

Computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
