The purpose of a WFM is to ensure effective planning and management of resources for Business Service Operations within GSC, to meet service levels and agreed staffing ratios and KPIs. This includes leading the planning of long/short term FTE requirements, the scheduling of staff and real time management across multiple GSCs.

The Opportunity: (Brief Overview of the Role)

The role involves collaboration on cross functional projects focused on automation and improving the overall WFM reporting. You will work closely with WFM, WFM IT, Operations and Ops Analytics to identify opportunity areas and work to invent and simplify the overall reporting processes. You will work with your peers to create dashboards, reports that will ultimately drive operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate should have experience with data analytics and reporting

What you'll do: (List out Key Responsibilities)

  • Support with building and delivering operations and management reports
  • Work with global and regional teams to lead reports and dashboards adoptions
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, automate tasks and partner with cross functional teams to develop new solutions
  • Automate reports on GCP using Bigquery
Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role: (Minimum Qualification and Skills Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Proficient in Advanced MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving ability
  • Detailed knowledge of WFM workflow tools and solutions
  • Sound knowledge on WFM tools and methodology and best practice techniques.

  • Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
  • Proven judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
  • Experience of managing resources using appropriate systems, tools, communication, delegation and planning skills

  • Ability to coordinate a wide variety of solutions, bringing a breadth of experience to the business, seeing the wider implications at all stages
