Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize productivity and performance
• Analyze and forecast staffing needs, scheduling, and staffing requirements
• Drive process improvements and efficiency in workforce management practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Utilize WFM tools and systems to monitor and adjust staffing levels as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce management
• Proven expertise in WFM tools and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
