Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and efficient

Assistant Manager - Warehouse to oversee complete warehouse operations.

The candidate must be highly organized, process-driven, and capable of managing inventory, logistics, and manpower independently in a manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end Warehouse & Material Movement Management

Inventory Control, Stock Monitoring & Reconciliation

Inbound & Outbound Logistics Coordination

FIFO / FEFO & Storage System Implementation

Material Handling, Dispatch & Delivery Planning

Coordination with Production, Purchase & QA

Warehouse Manpower Management & Workflow Allocation

ERP/SAP/Stock Software Handling (Preferred)

Safety, Compliance & 5S in Warehouse Operations

Qualification & Experience

MBA / B.Com / M.Com / Supply Chain Management

7-8 Years Working Experience in Manufacturing Sector (Mandatory)

Strong Knowledge of Warehouse Operations & Inventory Systems

Good Leadership, Communication & Team Handling Skills

Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/SAP-based Inventory Systems
