Experience Preferred in Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing Industry

:

*Receive & verify incoming shipments; store inventory in designated areas
*Conduct stock checks, maintain records & resolve discrepancies
*Pick, pack & label orders; verify accuracy before dispatch
*Generate shipping labels & coordinate with transporters
*Prepare E-way bills, challans, RGP/NRGP passes & related documents
*Coordinate with Sales, Production & Customer Service for order fulfilment
*Schedule deliveries, manage logistics delays & urgent dispatches
*Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety compliance & space optimization
*Manage company vehicles, drivers & dispatch planning

Skills required:

*Strong in inventory control & dispatch coordination
*Transporter coordination & shipping schedule management
*Proficient in MS Office, ERP/WMS & documentation
*Excellent coordination, organizational & team management skills
