Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales for the US market through effective lead generation, conversion, and client servicing.
Develop and sell customized travel packages (flights, hotels, holidays, cruises, insurance, etc.).
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats from US clients, providing accurate and prompt responses.
Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to get competitive rates.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and profit targets.
Maintain long-term relationships with US-based customers, travel partners, and agencies.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve sales strategy.
Train and support junior sales executives in the US travel segment.
Ensure high standards of customer service and quick resolution of client queries/complaints.
Work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of US travel market, destinations, and travel trends.
Hands-on experience in selling flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
Excellent communication skills with a
neutral/US accent
preferred.
Proven sales and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
