Common Services Centers (CSCs) serve as a critical component of the Digital India Programme, facilitated by the Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY). CSCs are designed to transition Government services to a digital platform, enabling efficient delivery of e-Government services through an extensive network. This initiative is focused on promoting digital empowerment and accessibility by providing essential government and business services to citizens through a single unified framework.

Role Summary:

The Assistant Manager will manage backend insurance operations and drive insurance business growth through VLE engagement. The role involves motivating VLEs to boost insurance sales, achieve state-level targets, and conducting regular field visits. The position will report to the

Key Responsibilities:

Handle backend operations related to insurance processes and documentation Drive and boost insurance business through VLE activation and engagement Motivate and guide VLEs to achieve state insurance targets Coordinate with insurers, partners, and internal teams Conduct regular field visits for business development and support Resolve operational and sales-related queries

Requirements:

Experience in insurance sales and backend operations Strong knowledge of Life, General, and Health Insurance products Willingness to travel extensively for field visits Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
