Role Summary:
The Assistant Manager will manage backend insurance operations and drive insurance business growth through VLE engagement. The role involves motivating VLEs to boost insurance sales, achieve state-level targets, and conducting regular field visits. The position will report to the

Key Responsibilities:
Handle backend operations related to insurance processes and documentation
Drive and boost insurance business through VLE activation and engagement
Motivate and guide VLEs to achieve state insurance targets
Coordinate with insurers, partners, and internal teams
Conduct regular field visits for business development and support
Resolve operational and sales-related queries
Requirements:
Experience in insurance sales and backend operations
Strong knowledge of Life, General, and Health Insurance products
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills
