Assistant Manager - Logistics
. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with strong operational and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage day-to-day logistics operations (air, sea, and road freight)
Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents
Handle customer queries, shipments tracking, and documentation follow-ups
Support billing, cost control, and operational reporting
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
Assist the management team in improving operational efficiency and service quality
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
Good knowledge of import/export documentation and freight processes
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
