As An Assistant Centre Manager ,you'll ensure smooth operations of our children's play center, managing staff, maintaining safety standards, and providing an engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and manage the support team Handle parent inquiries, walk-ins, and bookings Maintain hygiene, safety protocols, and quality services Maintain reports on inventory, staff attendance, and customer feedback Collaborate with sales strategist to support campaigns and events

Requirements:

Energetic personality with a passion for children Operational or hospitality management experience Excellent people skills and team leadership Able to handle fast-paced, kid-centric environments Basic understanding of Google Sheets/Docs, scheduling tools
