Location - Pune (Hybrid Work Model)

Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end UK Pensions Operations with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams, ensuring productivity and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
• Act as a subject matter expert for UK Pension schemes (DB/DC) and related regulatory processes.
• Drive operational improvements, process optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Handle stakeholder communication and support business continuity across shifts.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and audit requirements.

Requirements * 7+ years of overall experience with mandatory expertise in UK Pensions Operations; candidates with any graduate qualification are eligible to apply.

• Currently working at Assistant Manager level or equivalent.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of UK pension regulations, processes, and administration lifecycle.
• Ability to work in rotational/UK shifts in a hybrid model.
• Candidates should be available to join within a maximum notice period of 60 days.
