Roles and Responsibilities This role requires the candidate to be actively managing fund raising
and investment activity for the company. Fund raising would be in form
of market instruments i.e. CP and NCD

Role Preparation of Information Memorandum / proposals investors
Meeting with the bankers/ mutual funds for fund raising activities
Managing end to end process including post drawdown processes
Preparing timely treasury related MIS
Managing ALM and reporting to ALCO
Managing relationships with Mutual Funds and intermediaries
Managing Daily cash flows
Back end processes related to drawdown of CP and NCD
Reporting of investment trades in SAP
Assisting in closure of NHB compliances

Qualification &
experience

CA/ MBA
2-3 years work experience in treasury

Essential skills 1. Handled treasury functions of a HFC / NBFC

2. Has raised funds in current role
3. Aware of various regulations related to borrowings
4. Good communication skill, multi-tasking skills and presentation
skills
5. Ability to work in a challenging and unstructured / dynamic
environment in start-up environment
6. Skilful in planning tasks and able to prioritize work and ability to
work strategically
7. Good Collaboration with various functions
8. Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
