Assistant Manager - Transaction Operations - 8+ Years - Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore

Responsibilities * Lead a team of operations specialists to ensure the smooth execution of transaction processes.

• Conduct root cause analysis for process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on the operational metrics to senior management periodically.

Requirements * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in transaction operations, strategy, or similar roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven expertise in process optimization and operations strategy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
