Execution of Training Roadmap . Achieving MDRT target for the channel . Process adherence and achieving process efficiency . Managing caller trainings at Call center. Developing compliance approved calling scripts . Team Management and Trainer development B Organizational Relationships Reports To AVP - Distribution Training (Partnership Distribution) Supervises ZTMs. Central Team C Job Dimensions Geographic Area Covered National Stakeholders Internal Partnership Distribution channel Team, Uw, Products, IT, Ops, Marketing, External Training Vendors / Associations / Event Managers / Content Vendors etc..
