Instructing new hires and conducting process-specific trainingMust have a team handling experience of trainersCandidates should have experience in US Healthcare (Medical Billing) Conducting refresher/ corrective training To implement the training curriculum successfully and in a timely manner To achieve a desirable training output Developing training content Review existing training materials and make revisions, as necessary, as per instructional design Develop classroom agenda, timelines, and content flow as necessary to deliver practical training to participants Monitor progress of new hires during OJT days post classroom Monitor calls and provides feedback to the agents on the floor TNA & TNI for the on-floor agents Conducting timely assessments & refresher training as and when required Evaluating calls through Remote / Side by side methodology for new hires post-classroom training To interact with Clients Effectively Generate training reports Giving structured feedback Hold calibration sessions to ensure standardization of the learning systems Consulting teams to achieve classroom innovation To contribute towards building an excellent training delivery team.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ?1,050,000.00 per yearBenefits:
