Conduct training programs for RMs.

  • Conduct programs for all categories of Business Associates and advisors to give them a detailed orientation
  • Train them on products, compensation structures, recruitment structures, promotion criteria etc
  • Conduct refresher courses as & when required
License download
  • Pass percentage of all the candidates scheduled for IRDA at >60%
Mentoring/ Administrations
  • Batch management of Offline candidates
  • Manage the drop outs in the offline batches and ensure that there are minimum drop outs in each batch
  • Batch to be addressed at least 2 times during 50 hours
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for RMs if they ask for it
  • Arrange joint field calls with advisors & give them feedback on their sales technique & knowledge
Reporting and MIS
  • Training calendar to be made abased on the sales requirement and the same to be sent out by the 25th of the previous month
  • Ensure that attendance sheets & feedback forms for every session conducted are complete
  • Attendance sheet and feedback forms to reach Training Admin within 24 hours after the close of training
  • Maintain reports for programs conducted , attendance in the sessions, training days completed,

Acquire AFP qualification or and Licentiate in Life Insurance
Details of any special initiatives taken which may include work related activities and self directed learning activities which will have positive impact on the Business objectives.
