We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Trade Marketing with a proven track record of more than 3 years in driving impactful trade promotion initiatives and managing end-to-end loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in planning, executing, and evaluating trade marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, strengthen channel partner relationships, and directly contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities-
Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing product visibility and availability across multiple online marketplaces, ensuring strong brand presence, improved consumer reach, and consistent alignment with business objectives.
Designing, implementing, and managing Trade Promotion and Loyalty Programs for salons, with a focus on strengthening channel partner relationships, driving higher engagement, and improving long-term retention through targeted incentive structures.
Contributing to New Product Development (NPD) and assortment planning by providing data-driven insights, understanding market dynamics, and ensuring that product launches and portfolio mix align with evolving consumer preferences and channel requirements.
Analyzing, optimizing, and preparing detailed MIS reports as required by management, enabling fact-based decision-making, improved forecasting accuracy, and better tracking of business performance against defined KPIs.
Executing wholesale channel programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams to roll out effective sales and marketing initiatives, strengthening distributor networks, expanding reach, and ensuring sustainable growth across key geographies.
