A skilled UX Designer with a deep understanding of the UX process, capable of creating intuitive, innovative, and user-centered designs. This individual will be responsible for developing new UX guidelines tailored to healthcare products, ensuring that the user experience is optimized for accessibility, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the end-to-end UX process from research and concept development to high-fidelity designs and prototypes. Create and implement UX guidelines and design systems specific to healthcare products, focusing on user accessibility, data security, and ease of use. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and clinical experts to ensure designs align with product goals and healthcare standards. Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that convey a seamless and intuitive user experience. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (such as HIPAA) while crafting designs that prioritize the needs and safety of patients and healthcare professionals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare UX design to incorporate the latest innovations into the product.

UX Process Expertise:

Extensive experience in UX design methodologies including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Ability to create personas, journey maps, and workflows based on in-depth research.

UX Guidelines Creation:

Proven ability to develop comprehensive UX guidelines and design systems from scratch, ensuring consistency across all product features. Experience with creating scalable design frameworks that are easily adaptable by other design and development teams.

Healthcare Domain Expertise:

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique challenges involved in designing for healthcare products (e.g., patient data sensitivity, regulatory compliance, clinical workflows). Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and patient management systems.

Creative Problem Solving:

Ability to balance user needs with business goals to deliver creative, innovative, and practical design solutions. Capacity to simplify complex healthcare processes into intuitive, user-friendly designs.

Proficiency in Design Tools:

Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure RP. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail in typography, color, and layout.
