Content Management Manage high quality web content using a content management system CMS ensuring web usability and optimizing layout pages Content Deployment Deploy approved content through established processes guidelines and style guides Content Publishing Publish content online using the CMS adhering to publishing standards and requirements Documentation and Process Improvement Document SOPs and key process learnings and provide improvement ideas Content Updates and Quality Assurance Oversee web content updates and perform quality checks on content operations output Collaboration and Project Management Coordinate with client marketing teams agencies and internal stakeholders on project requirements SEO Analytics on page off page technical SEO Implement Google Analytics data collection reporting exploration Configure and analyze HotJar

Technical Requirements:

Experience Proven work experience as a Content Manager or similar role Technical Skills Proficiency in CMS Optimizely Soft Skills Strong communication skills Direct client interaction experience Expertise in Google Analytics GA4 Google Tag Manager Expertise in Search Engine Optimization SEO e g SEMRush or similar tool Web editing skills CMS Browser software and testing Expertise in Hotjar OneTrust etc
