The Global Third Party Program (GTPP) comprises of Plan, Source, and Manage phases, and end to end governance and oversight of third parties. Global Vendor Management part of Manage phase covers the activities associated with monitoring the vendor's risks and performance after contract execution.


The Third-Party Enterprise Vendor Manager (E/VM) is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of assigned vendors that may vary in complexity, managing performance, identifying, and mitigating risk. Maintains relationships with vendors and line of business, having equal accountability with Business Process Owner for end-to-end vendor relationship and associated risk.

Interaction with various Lines of business - Process Owners, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Sourcing, Legal, Business Controls Monitor and report Vendor performance in vendor scorecards and governance routines Team environment - although the role is an individual contributor, the person will need to work with peers, managers, and the Third-Party Executive Ownership of the risk and performance of a portfolio of managed vendors * Ensuring Third Party service delivery is on track and contract obligations are fulfilled from both BOA and contracted Third Party
