Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support project sales. The role involves hands-on management of digital channels, campaign analysis, content support, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Management
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and new business projects.
Execute campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.
Optimize ad performance based on metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.
2. Lead Generation & Funnel Management
Develop and manage digital strategies to consistently generate qualified leads for upcoming and existing projects.
Coordinate landing pages, lead capture forms, and remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates.
Explore and recommend new digital channels for enhancing lead pipelines.
3. Content Creation & Management
Support the creation of content for websites, blogs, emailers, and social media.
Work with designers and agencies to ensure digital assets align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
4. SEO & Website Management
Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings.
Monitor and update company websites and micro-sites for content accuracy, freshness, and relevance.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track key digital marketing metrics; provide regular campaign and traffic reports.
Analyze data to drive insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Social Media Management
Manage content calendars and community engagement on company social channels.
Respond to customer queries and comments in a timely, professional manner.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, etc.).
Practical knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and web management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
