We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - Product Analyst candidate with 6-10 years of experience in a product or business analytics to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behaviour, product performance, and feature usage Design and implement scalable reporting solutions to monitor key product metrics and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Partner closely with product teams to define and track success metrics, evaluate feature effectiveness, and inform roadmap prioritization with data-driven insights. Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations that influence strategic and tactical product decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service tools to democratize data access across the organization. Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment across systems.

Skills:

6-10 years of experience in a product or business analytics role, preferably in a tech or digital product environment. Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau); experience with Python is a plus. Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and other product analytics techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of influencing product direction through data insights.
