Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned sales targets for the upcountry region on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Develop and implement territory-wise sales plans to increase market share.
Identify new business opportunities, Hospital and institutional clients.
Channel & Relationship Management
Manage and support Partner Hospital, and key customers.
Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships.
Marketing & Promotion
Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and OPD launches in upcountry areas.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) for smooth operations.
Compliance & Administration
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit norms.
