D Key Result Areas

Business Analyst § Extensive experience in detailed requirements analysis, writing user stories as per end user requirements. § Prioritizing competing demands from stakeholders and driving requirements from analysis through production with minimal support § Co-ordination with Business Users pertaining to Operations, Underwriting and Sales/Strategy for analyzing the requirements § Analyze the complete requirement and accordingly prepare CR, BRD/SRS with all the details and closing the same in coordination with BU, vendor, Internal IT and testing team § Understanding & preparing for business requirements documents, system data flow diagrams, SOP & process flow diagrams in concurrence with relevant stakeholders § Preparing Business critical test cases/scenarios to facilitate manual integration and regression testing for quality assurance of UAT deliverable product § Getting sign off from business on the BRD and functionality delivered for UAT and closely working with all stakeholders for early & efficient closure of defects § Analysis of production issues/QC fail items and proactively getting the same addressed on timely basis Tracking of project along with maintenance of annexure/evidence related to the requirements for internal/external audits
New Business & Underwriting § Experience in working on projects with new business and underwriting team is desirable § Knowledge on underwriting systems and rules would be an added advantage
