DEK & Mavericks Green Energy ltd is actively hiring for Assistant Manager- Tendering.

Role Summary:

As Assistant Manager - Tendering, you will support the bid management process for solar EPC projects, ensuring timely and competitive submissions. You'll collaborate with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals, analyze tender documents, and contribute to strategic pricing and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret tender documents including RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, drawings, and specifications. Assist in preparing bid proposals, cost estimates, and technical submissions. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs. Support in organizing pre-bid meetings and client interactions for clarifications. Maintain bid documentation, trackers, and submission schedules. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support pricing strategy. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and internal approval processes. Assist in post-bid follow-ups and handover to execution teams.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil); MBA or PGDM is a plus. 4-7 years of experience in tendering, preferably in solar EPC or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with solar PV systems, grid connectivity, and project documentation. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; AutoCAD and tender portals (e.g., CPPP, GEM) preferred. Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
