1.Search tender daily and download the tender.

2.Check PQ.

3.Add the tender in the FMS sheet.

4.Read tender and make a check list of tenders

5.Draft the document as per tender requirement.

6.Send mail to vender for MAF And other supporting document and follow up with vendors daily.

7.Request sent for Tender fees, EMD And PG to our accounts department.

8.Make clarification letter.

9.Draft letter and mail to the department if need any kind of changes required in tender.

10.Registration on a new portal if required.

11.Upload the tender on the portal.

12.Correspondence done with govt. department as well as our company person;
