Job Summary
The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for outbound tele-sales activities, lead conversion, coordination with the sales team, and achieving set targets by engaging potential customers and facilitating project-related enquiries and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to assigned leads on a daily basis.
Meet daily/weekly lead conversion and call activity targets.
Convert qualified leads into customer site visits.
Explain project details clearly and accurately to customers.
Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the Sales team to schedule customer appointments
Escalate calls to the next level when support is required.
Address customer concerns and suggest suitable project/product options.
Maintain a strong understanding of pricing and analytical aspects related to the projects.
Required Skills & Competencies:
3+ years of hardcore tele-sales experience in outbound calling.
Experience working in target-driven sales environments.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English & Tamil (multilingual ability is an added advantage).
Familiar with weekend work schedules.
Lead management exposure using CRM tools (LeadSquared preferred).
